Amman, July 16 (Petra)– Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs
on Thursday strongly condemned what it described as Iran’s continued
and unjustified attacks against the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the
Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, reaffirming the Kingdom’s
full support for the three countries in any measures they take in
response to the Iranian attacks, according to the Saudi Press Agency
(SPA).
The ministry reiterated Saudi Arabia’s condemnation of Iran’s
actions, saying they threaten regional security and stability and
constitute a violation of international law and the principles of
good neighborly relations.
Saudi Arabia also stressed the need for an immediate halt to all
forms of military escalation and called for a return to dialogue and
the peaceful resolution of disputes through diplomatic means.
