Cairo, July 24 (Petra)– Egypt has strongly condemned the Iranian
attacks targeting Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, describing them as a
blatant violation of the sovereignty of the three countries and a
dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability.
Egypt said the attacks constitute a clear breach of international law
and the United Nations Charter, reaffirming its full solidarity with
Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and its unwavering support for all
measures they take to safeguard their security, stability,
sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Cairo also reiterated its firm rejection of attacks on civilian
facilities and critical infrastructure, stressing that any actions
threatening civilian safety or undermining regional peace and
stability are unacceptable.
Egypt further emphasized the need to respect the sovereignty of
states, uphold the principles of good neighborliness, and refrain
from the use or threat of force. It called for an immediate halt to
all attacks and escalatory actions, while urging the United Nations
Security Council to fulfill its responsibilities in maintaining
international peace and security to protect the region from further
