Israeli Drone Strikes Hit Southern Lebanon as Military Activity Intensifies Along Border

Beirut, July 30 (Petra)– Israeli drones carried out airstrikes on
the southern Lebanese town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa on Thursday, while
separate strikes targeted the outskirts of the town of Mansouri in
the Tyre district.

A Lebanese security source told the Jordan News Agency (Petra)
correspondent in Beirut that two bulldozers and two Israeli Merkava
tanks were spotted opposite the border town of Aita al-Jabal, where
they erected an earthen embankment before withdrawing toward the town
of Haddatha.

The source also said Israeli reconnaissance and surveillance drones
were flying at low altitude over the city of Tyre, including the Jal
al-Bahr area, the Al-Bass and Burj al-Shamali refugee camps, and
extending northward to the Shabriha and Qasmiyeh areas.
