Driver Finishes Runner-Up in Second International GT Open Race in France

20 July 2026 (ONA) — Omani international driver Al Faisal bin Khalid Al
Zubair, with the Omani Al Manar Racing team, returned to the GT podium after
finishing the French Paul Ricard round in second place overall in the first
race and fifth place in the second race, alongside his British teammate Ben
Tuck, aboard a Ferrari “296 GT3 Evo” in technical collaboration with
the Dragon team, in a season in which Al Faisal is participating in three races
in the International GT Open Championship.
In
his second stop in the championship, Al Faisal and his teammate Ben Tuck
delivered a strong performance in the first race after starting from second
position on the grid.
In
the second race, the team advanced to fifth place after starting from twelfth
on the grid, gaining seven positions and overtaking prominent drivers and
manufacturers.
