VTC, PG Education and Training Partner on Skills, AI and Innovation

Amman, Aug. 31 (Petra) — The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC)
and PG Education and Training have signed a memorandum of
understanding to strengthen cooperation in vocational training,
research and innovation, with a focus on developing skills that
respond to evolving labor market needs.

The agreement provides for the exchange of technical, scientific and
consultancy expertise and the joint development of training and
research initiatives, the VTC said in a statement Monday.

Cooperation will also cover vocational training and capacity-building
programs for targeted groups, as well as the organization of joint
workshops, seminars, conferences and scientific forums.

A key component of the partnership is the integration of modern
technologies, innovation and artificial intelligence into training.
The VTC said the cooperation is intended to help vocational training
programs keep pace with technological advances while developing
skills increasingly relevant to future employment needs.

The partnership brings together the VTC’s vocational training
expertise, network of institutes, specialized training facilities and
instructors with PG Education and Training’s international expertise,
resources and focus on youth development.

The two sides said the cooperation will support knowledge exchange
and the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving training
outcomes, developing workforce skills and strengthening young
people’s readiness to enter the labor market.

The memorandum was signed by VTC Director General Raafat Sawafin and
PG Education and Training Regional Branch Director Nour Al-Kubaisi.
