“Farah” is a virtual character developed using artificial
intelligence technologies. She has begun appearing on social media
platforms as part of efforts to harness modern technology to enhance
communication with citizens.

users.

Speaking in a simple and accessible style, “Farah” is intended to
complement traditional communication channels in an innovative
