Amman, Sept. 6 (Petra) – Lower House Speaker Mazen Qadi met on Sunday
with Chilean Ambassador Rodrigo David Hume Figueroa to discuss
strengthening ties and enhancing parliamentary cooperation.
Qadi stated Jordan’s commitment to expanding cooperation with Chile,
lauding its supportive stance on the Palestinian cause. He reaffirmed
that Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II,
remains dedicated to supporting Palestinian rights and the
implementation of the two-state solution.
For his part, the ambassador commended King Abdullah II’s efforts to
promote regional peace and stability, noting the importance of
aligning parliamentary positions to serve shared interests.

Jarrah, and MP Huda Naffaa attended the meeting.
