Amman, Sept. 10 (Petra) – Five people were killed and 17 others
injured Thursday afternoon after a minibus and a vehicle collided on
the Desert Highway in Karak’s Sultani area, according to the Public
Security Directorate (PSD).
The PSD said emergency crews provided first aid at the scene, rushed
the injured to a nearby hospital, and recovered the deceased.
Traffic authorities launched an investigation to determine the cause
of the deadly crash.
