Jakarta, September 14 (QNA) – HE Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Dr. Kao Kim Hourn received the credentials of HE Dr. Sultan bin Mubarak Saad Al Dosari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to ASEAN.
