Amman, Sept. 15 (Petra) –The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates
Affairs on Tuesday condemned Houthi militia attacks targeting
civilians and civilian sites in the Saudi cities of Khamis Mushait,
Abha and Taif with ballistic missiles and drones.
The ministry called the strikes a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s
sovereignty and a threat to its security, stability and territorial
integrity, describing them as a flagrant breach of international law
and the United Nations Charter.
Ministry spokesperson Fuad Majali affirmed Jordan’s absolute
solidarity with Saudi Arabia, stressing the Kingdom’s full support
for any measures Riyadh takes to protect its security, stability and
resources, as well as the safety of its citizens and residents.
