Maan, Sept. 15 (Petra) — Specialized technical training in printing,
data entry, and office management commenced on Tuesday under the
Digital Skills Development and Employment Program for Governorates,
designed to improve participants’ readiness for the local labor
market.

Trainees will complete 136 hours of technical instruction covering
specialized data entry, office administration, and printing skills,
alongside modules in workplace soft skills and entrepreneurship aimed
at expanding career opportunities.

Following the classroom phase, participants will undergo 120 hours of
hands-on field training at local workplaces to apply their technical
knowledge in real-world professional settings and gain practical
experience.

The initiative forms part of broader efforts to align technical
training with evolving labor market demands by bridging hard and soft
skills with direct field application.

The program is implemented by the Al-Qantara Center for Human
Resources Development (QCHRD) as an initiative of the Digital Skills
Association (DigiSkills), under the Ministry of Digital Economy and
Entrepreneurship’s (MODEE) Youth, Technology and Jobs (YTJ) project.
