Jordan Participates in Arabian Travel Market in Dubai

Amman, Sept. 16 (Petra) – Jordan is participating in the Arabian
Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai from Sept. 14 to 17 through a national
pavilion organized by the Jordan Tourism Board.

The pavilion will bring together representatives from the Jordanian
Consulate in Dubai, travel agencies, hotels, the Aqaba Special
Economic Zone Authority, and Royal Jordanian Airlines.

According to a Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) statement issued Wednesday,
the participation aims to promote Jordan’s tourism treasures and
assets, strengthen its presence in regional and international
markets, and expand cooperation with travel companies, airlines, and
Gulf markets.

During the participation, business meetings will be held with
tourism industry representatives from various markets to explore
opportunities to attract more visitors to Jordan, particularly Gulf
families.

The JTB said Jordan’s presence also focuses on promoting the
Kingdom’s tourist diversity and expanding marketing efforts in
regional and international markets to support inbound tourism and
strengthen “competitiveness” of Jordan’s tourism sector.
