in a post on X: “I discussed with President Macron ways to deepen our
ties, and we witnessed the signing of a defence cooperation
agreement. With President Aoun, we stressed the importance of Paris
hosting Aqaba Process meetings in support of LAF, and reaffirmed
commitment to regional stability.”
