Islamabad, August 09 (QNA) – Pakistani security forces had pulled off taking out 15 militants and seizing a cache of weapons they were holding in the southwest of the country, the authorities said.
They added that these ongoing security operations succeeded by virtue of exquisite intelligence in numerous districts in Balochistan province in southwestern Pakistan.
For years, Pakistani forces have been conducting security operations against militant groups that are active in border and mountainous zones in the northwest and southwest of the country.
The militants occasionally unleash attacks targeting both security personnel and civilians. (QNA)
