Aqaba, May 7 (Petra) – Ayla Oasis Development Company (AODC) Wednesday signed an agreement with the Arab Technical Group (ATG) to supply, install, and operate smart air conditioning systems for island apartments in the Ayla project in the city of Aqaba.
Ayla CEO Sahl Dudin and ATG CEO Emile Al-Ghouri signed the agreement, under which the group will implement an integrated services package, including the supply and operation of advanced smart air conditioning systems of the Japanese Daikin brand on Island No. 3, which covers a total area of ??12,082 square meters.
The deal aims to enhance the quality of tourism services in the second phase of the island apartments scheme that will meet a growing demand for tourism, entertainment, and quality services offered by Ayla, said Dudin.
He noted continued cooperation with ATG, adding that both sides rely on modern, smart, and sustainable technologies that “align with Ayla standards, as an exceptional tourist destination keen on providing best services to visitors.”
For his part, Al-Ghouri said the ongoing cooperation with Ayla underlines confidence in ATG’s advanced solutions, which meet Ayla’s needs and are in line with its track record in urban development and providing sustainable tourist, real estate and entertainment services.
The third island apartments development project is part of Ayla’s efforts to move forward with a master plan and continue work to build a sustainable destination that highlights its environmental and economic features, which contribute to Jordan’s growth strategy.
