The exhibition is meant to highlight aspects of Moroccan civilization in the Marinid era, particularly in terms of architecture, culture and science. It also sheds light on the organization, achievements and exploits of the Moroccan army during this period, stressed a statement by FAR General Staff.
In the same vein, the exhibition highlights the ” Zenet Monte”, an authentic heritage that remains at the origin of the “Tbourida” and is still present today in the popular Moroccan memory, indicated the same source, recalling that in recognition of the historical value of this Moroccan heritage, UNESCO included it, in December 2021, on the list of Intangible World Heritage of Humanity.
For its part, FAR Cavalry Inspectorate takes part in this exhibition by leading the section on “The Contribution of the FAR Cavalry to Sustainable Development”, the statement noted, adding that this participation focuses primarily on the Horse, which remains a factor generating economic activities and social development.
