Munich, Feb 15 (Petra) — Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad Al-Alimi welcomed Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi, on Saturday, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
Safadi conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II to the Yemeni leader.
The meeting dealt with ways to enhance Jordan-Yemen relations and developments in the region.
Safadi reaffirmed Jordan’s support of Yemeni legitimacy, security and stability, and an end to the country’s crisis in accordance with the approved references to safeguard its security, stability and sovereignty.
Al-Alimi sent his greetings to His Majesty, stressing the solid relations between the two countries and the need to continue coordination.
