Amman, Feb. 2 (Petra) – Preparatory meetings for the first session of the Iraqi-Jordanian Joint Trade Committee began in Baghdad on Sunday, chaired by Dana Al-Zoubi, Secretary General of the Jordanian Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply, and Qaisar Al-Hashemi, Administrative Undersecretary of Iraq’s Ministry of Industry and Minerals.
The committee discussed topics aimed at enhancing trade and industrial cooperation, as well as other relevant areas between the two countries.
A ministerial-level meeting will be held Monday, chaired by Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Ya’rob Qudah, and his Iraqi counterpart.
