Israel launches new airstrikes on Southern Lebanon

Beirut, July 11 (Petra) – Israeli jets carried out a series of
airstrikes Saturday afternoon on the Mansouri region of ​​Tyre,
injuring several civilians, a Lebanese security source said.

The area was first struck by sound bombs this morning and came under
live shelling in the afternoon, it said.

The source also reported airstrikes on Kafr Tebnit, Nabatieh
al-Fawqa, and Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, adding that the villages of
Qounine and Beit Yahoun were shelled with phosphorus bombs.

It said the Israeli army continued destroying homes in Deir Siryan,
Haddatha, and Houla villages in Marjeyoun district, and also set fire
to the town of Khiam, targeting homes in several neighborhoods.
