Amman, Feb 15 (Petra) — Israeli occupation authorities on Saturday released 339 Palestinian prisoners, the 6th group freed under the Gaza ceasefire deal.
They included 33 detainees from the West Bank serving life sentences and 333 from the Gaza Strip, who were rounded up by Israeli forces after the aggression, which began on October 7, 2023, the Palestinian Prisoners and Freed Prisones Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners Club said.
Also under the deal, Palestinian factions in Gaza handed over 3 Israeli prisoners to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
