Gaza, July 08 (QNA) – Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City on Wednesday killed two Palestinians and injured others.
Local sources said that a citizen was killed and others were injured as a result of shelling by an Israeli drone that targeted a civilian vehicle near the Islamic University west of Gaza City. Another citizen died from wounds he sustained earlier today as a result of shelling by an Israeli drone in Al Ayoun Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood west of Gaza City, which at the time resulted in the death of one citizen and the injury of others.
The sources also noted that a number of citizens were injured as a result of an Israeli drone dropping a bomb at the Shujaiyya intersection, east of Gaza City.
This brings the death toll from Israeli shelling of various areas of the Gaza Strip since this morning to 10, in addition to a number of injuries.
Health authorities in the Strip announced earlier today that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since the start of the aggression on Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,110, in addition to 173,599 injured. (QNA)
