Beirut, June 30 (QNA) – Israeli forces continued their attacks in southern Lebanon despite the signing of the Lebanon-Israel framework agreement.
According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, Israeli troops carried out machine-gun fire in the town of Majdal Zoun while also detonating a stun grenade.
An Israeli drone also dropped a stun grenade near Ain Badda in Aita Al Jabal, targeting farmers operating agricultural tractors as they drew water from the spring. No injuries were reported.
The framework agreement includes security arrangements, the disarmament of armed groups, the redeployment of the Lebanese army, reconstruction of damaged areas with international support, economic recovery, and confidence-building measures aimed at achieving lasting peace. (QNA)
