Damascus, July 07 (QNA) – Israeli occupation forces thrust deeper into the Wadi Jamlah area in western Daraa countryside, southern Syria, on Tuesday.
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that an occupation-affiliated force consisting of three military vehicles carrying soldiers entered the area and conducted movements inside it, with no reports thus far of clashes or injuries.
The villages located in the Daraa and Quneitra countrysides and near the contact lines with the occupied Syrian Golan persistently come under repeated attacks by Israeli occupation forces, jeopardizing the lives of residents, agricultural activity, and stability in those areas.
Meanwhile, Israel continues to breach the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through incursions into southern Syria, coupled with constant assaults on civilians, including raids, detentions, land dredging, and firing salvos.
Syria confirms that all measures taken by the occupation forces in the Syrian territories are by far null and void and don’t have any legal effect under international law.
It reiterated its call on the international community to assume its responsibility and put these violations to a halt, as well as coerce Israel to fully pull out from southern Syria. (QNA)
