Amman, February 1 (Petra) – The weather will be foggy in the early morning hours on Saturday over the mountainous areas and quite cold almost nationwide areas, and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
According to the JMD report, Sunday will see a slight rise in temperatures as the weather forecast will remain unchanged countrywide.
On Monday, another limited rise in temperatures is expected and the weather will substantially remain similar to the day earlier.
In an unusual U-turn, the department announced temperatures continue to rise on Tuesday, recording about (5-6) degrees Celsius higher than their seasonal average.
Also today, temperatures in the capital Amman will hit a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 5?, meanwhile the port city of Aqaba will reach a charming 26? during the day, sliding to 12? at night.
