Amman, Feb. 10 (Petra) – The Jordanian Field Hospital, Gaza/81, officially commenced its operations in the Gaza Strip on Monday, providing medical, therapeutic, and humanitarian services to patients and beneficiaries.
The hospital commander stated that the medical teams have begun offering essential healthcare services to Palestinian patients and injured individuals, ensuring urgent medical care during these difficult circumstances, in line with Royal Directives.
The hospital director emphasized that the medical and nursing staff are committed to delivering high-quality medical and humanitarian services, highlighting that the hospital is staffed with highly skilled professionals. It features fully equipped clinics covering various medical specialties, operating 24/7 to serve the people of Gaza.
Palestinian residents and patients expressed their deep gratitude for His Majesty King Abdullah II’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and praised the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) for their continuous medical and humanitarian assistance.
Since October 7, the Jordanian Field Hospital in northern Gaza has treated approximately 86,474 patients and performed over 394 major and minor surgeries.
