Kuwait, March 31 (QNA) – The Kuwaiti National Guard announced Tuesday that its task force shot down two drones in the past 24 hours in areas under its responsibility for securing them.
Brigadier General Dr. Jad’an Fadel, the official spokesperson for the National Guard, said in a press statement that this action comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to enhance security, protect vital sites, and counter any potential threats.
He called on everyone to adhere to the security and safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
Earlier today, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that the armed forces detected and engaged five ballistic missiles and seven hostile drones within Kuwaiti airspace during the past 24 hours, stating that they were dealt with according to established procedures. (QNA)
