Doha, June 07 (QNA) – Lekhwiya is hosting a trilateral joint urban search and rescue exercise, under the patronage of HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
Specialized teams from the State of Qatar, the French Republic, and the Syrian Arab Republic are taking part in the exercise, which will run from June 7 to June 12.
These are the Qatar International Search and Rescue Group, the France1 and France2 search and rescue teams, and the Syria Civil Defense.
The exercise featured real-life scenario simulation, enabling the teams to test their capabilities in handling complex situations.
This aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and strengthen joint coordination in carrying out international missions. (QNA)
