Amman, Sept. 8 (Petra) – Lower House Speaker Mazen Qadi stated on
Tuesday that Saudi Arabia’s security and stability are “fundamental”
to regional peace.
In a statement to Saudi Shura Council Speaker Abdullah Sheikh, Qadi
conveyed Jordan’s “full solidarity” with Riyadh in countering threats
to its security and territory, condemning the recent Houthi attacks
on civilian and economic sites.
Qadi also pushed for adherence to international law and the UN
Charter.
