Washington, April 14 (QNA) – Microsoft has announced its intention to integrate advanced features into its Microsoft 365 Copilot smart assistant, in order to develop automation capabilities and enhance digital security standards.

The company is currently testing developing a version inspired by the open source “OpenClaw” platform to work directly on users’ devices, or integrate some of its unique features into the smart assistant system, with the aim of expanding the range of smart agent tools and making them more responsive and personal.

Microsoft is considering adding technologies such as OpenClow to its services directed to institutions and companies, and is seeking to provide a version of Copilot that works around the clock and performs tasks automatically without direct intervention from the user.

Expected uses include monitoring email in Outlook, scheduling meetings, and handling large files automatically and around the clock without the need for constant human intervention, which represents a radical shift in how employees interact with operating systems and office software to raise productivity efficiency in large work environments.

This step comes to consolidate the company’s position in the secure smart solutions market and meet the aspirations of companies seeking to adopt artificial intelligence technologies while maintaining the highest levels of digital privacy. (QNA)
