Kuwait, December 12 (QNA) – HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi in Kuwait with HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil of the Republic of Iraq Hayyan Abdul Ghanni, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC).
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and means to enhance cooperation in the field of energy between Qatar and Iraq.
