Baqa’a, Feb. 20 (Petra) – National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC) recently launched “Ask an Expert” e-service on its website.
In a statement Thursday, NARC Director, Dr. Khaled Abu Hammour, said the online service came to provide “quick” responses to agricultural stakeholders to receive “the latest” relevant expert information.
Abu Hammour added that this process aims to enable beneficiaries to integrate the “best” agricultural practices to face challenges within a “reliable” process.
On its future plans, Abu Hammour said the center is working on automating services for farmers to facilitate procedures and save time and effort.
Under the new initiative, he noted NARC seeks to improve level of services provided to farmers, as all inquiries will be “comprehensively” reviewed and assessed to improve quality of agricultural services.
