Oil Prices Rise as US Crude Gains Over 2%

New York, April 07 (QNA) – The main US oil contract rose by more than 2% on Tuesday, reflecting an uptick in global energy markets.

West Texas Intermediate crude for May delivery climbed 2.1% to reach $114.71 per barrel.

Meanwhile, Brent North Sea crude for June delivery, the global benchmark, edged up 0.4% to $110.22 per barrel.

The gains highlight continued volatility in oil markets amid evolving global economic conditions. (QNA)
