Muscat, June 08 (QNA) – Oman’s Minister of Finance Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi met on Monday with the Executive Director of Arab countries and the Maldives at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Maait, to discuss means of reinforcing mutual cooperation.
Their meeting discussed a range of matters of shared interest and exchanged viewpoints on global and regional economic and financial developments and prospects.
Both sides addressed enhancing cooperation in the areas of technical support, capacity-building, and upgrading competencies in both the financial and economic fields. (QNA)
