Amman, July 12 (Petra) – HRH Prince Mired bin Ra’ad, Chief
Chamberlain and Chairman of the Hashemite Commission for Disabled
Soldiers (HCDS), held separate meetings on Sunday with the Turkish
and Japanese Ambassadors to Jordan, Yakup Caymazoğlu and Asari
Hideki, at the commission’s headquarters.
Touring the HCDS’s venues, the two ambassadors learned about the
“comprehensive” medical, rehabilitative, social, and psychological
services provided to injured military personnel.
Prince Mired stressed the importance of expanding international
cooperation and sharing expertise to “continuously” upgrade care and
rehabilitation standards.
In turn, both ambassadors praised the HCDS’s “advanced” facilities
and the Kingdom’s humanitarian approach to supporting wounded
veterans.
