The PSD warned of dust-laden winds and the risk of flash floods, emphasizing the importance of avoiding valleys and flood-prone areas. It also advised against attempting to cross roads on foot or by vehicle when water levels rise.
Drivers were urged to proceed with caution, particularly in areas expected to experience dust storms, especially in the southern and eastern regions of the Kingdom. The PSD encouraged the public to call the unified emergency number, 911, if needed.
