Moscow, Feb. 5 (Petra) The Kremlin on Wednesday reaffirmed that Russia aligns with the unified Arab stance rejecting the displacement of Gaza residents to neighboring countries.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said in a press conference, “We base our position on that of Arab states, which have firmly rejected the forced displacement of Gaza’s population. We believe that any resolution to the Palestinian issue must be grounded in international legitimacy.”
Peskov added, “Russia maintains that the two-state solution, in accordance with United Nations resolutions and international agreements, is the just and sustainable path to achieving peace in the region.”
