Riyadh, September 22, 2023, SPA — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan General Sahir Shamshad has received Chief of the General Staff of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia General Fayyad bin Hamed Al Ruwaili.
The two sides held the seventh meeting of the Saudi-Pakistani Military Committee, where many topics were discussed, most notably the well-established relations between the two brotherly countries, cooperation and coordination in the military and defence fields.
General Al-Ruwaili met at the headquarters of the Pakistan Navy with Chief of Staff Vice Admiral Naveed Ashraf.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation in maritime security and ways to enhance and develop it.
