Beirut, June 19 (QNA) – Israeli warplanes launched a new airstrike on southern Lebanon Friday evening, killing two people.
Lebanon’s national news agency reported that an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle on the Zibdin-Nabatieh road, killing the two people riding it.
This attack comes amidst an atmosphere of caution and anticipation in Tyre and Bint Jbeil following reports of a ceasefire taking effect between Lebanon and Israel.
Meanwhile, local sources in the south reported that UNIFIL vehicles traveled the main road from Qasmiyeh towards Tyre and Naqoura, and patrolled the streets of Tyre al-Bass towards the Ras al-Ain al-Mansouri coast, reaching Naqoura. (QNA)
