Amman, June 27 (Petra) — Minister of Youth Raed Adwan inspected the
readiness of public broadcasting venues at the Roman Amphitheater in
downtown Amman on Saturday, ahead of the national football team’s
World Cup match against Argentina.

Accompanied by Deputy Governor of the Capital Tayel Al-Majali and
Amman City Manager Nabil Al-Jariri, Adwan reviewed technical,
logistical, and security arrangements at several designated fan
zones, including the Roman Amphitheater, the Odeon Theater, the
Hashemite Plaza, and adjacent public squares.

Adwan emphasized the importance of finalizing all preparations to
ensure a safe, organized, and comfortable experience for the
thousands of fans expected to gather for the early Sunday morning
kickoff.

The minister praised the ongoing coordination with the Public
Security Directorate and relevant state agencies to manage crowd
control, facilitate smooth entry and exit points, and maintain public
safety throughout the event. He noted that the joint national effort
aims to provide an ideal environment for fans to support the national
team, the Nashama, during its historic debut appearance at the World
Cup.

Technical and organizational teams briefed the minister on crowd
management strategies and field coordination plans. The designated
broadcasting zones feature dedicated family areas, hospitality
services, and specialized facilities equipped to accommodate local
and international media representatives.

The live broadcasting initiative is organized through a collaboration
between the Ministry of Youth, the Greater Amman Municipality, the
Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Government
Communication, and the Jordan Tourism Board.
