National Team Ranks High in Asian Shooting
Championship in Thailand
Bangkok, 18 Feb (ONA) – The National Shooting Team won 3rd
place in the “50m Rifle” competition at the “Asian Rifle and Air Gun Shooting
Championships”, winning the bronze medal in the championships being held in Bangkok, Thailand (9-22 February 2025).
Oman’s participation in the Championships formed part of the National Shooting
Team’s training programme carried out by the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) to
enhance the level of sports performance and upgrade the technical skills of
military sports teams.
