Ministry Launches “Oman Exports” Initiative

Feb (ONA) — The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion today
launched the “Oman Exports” initiative.
The
launching of the initiative was held on the sidelines of “Together we Progress”
forum which is organized by the Secretariat General of the Council of
Ministers.
The move
aims to offer a range of services for Omani exporters and to connect Omani
companies with international markets. It also targets boosting the sector of non-oil
exports in Oman.
It is worth
noting that Oman’s non-oil trade reached RO 5.6 billion (USD 14.6 Billion) by
the end of the third quarter of 2024, constituting 37.6% of the total trade.
