France to Send 195 Million Euros in Military Aid to UkraineParis, 10 Mar (ONA) — French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien
Lecornu announced that France intends to provide a new military aid
package to Ukraine worth 195 million euros.

In a press statement, the Minister explained that the funding for
this new aid would come from the interest on frozen Russian assets.
He also described the US decision to suspend arms deliveries to
Ukraine as a “heavy blow” to Kyiv.

Lecornu added that the military aid would include 155-millimeter
shells as well as AASM air to surface weapons utilized by French
Mirage 2000 fighter jets that Paris has delivered to Ukraine for the
war.

The White House announced last week that the US would halt support
for Ukraine and review its approach to ensure it contributes to
resolving the Russia-Ukraine crisis.— Ends/Khalid
