Tehran, February 24 (QNA) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met Tuesday with Armenian Defense Minister Soren Papikyan, who is currently visiting Tehran, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, Pezeshkian affirmed his country’s readiness to finalize the “Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Document” with Armenia, emphasizing that improved relations in the political, economic, transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors would further benefit both nations.
For his part, the Armenian Defense Minister expressed his hope that the issues and developments facing Iran could be resolved through diplomatic channels based on dialogue. (QNA)
