Amman, May 30 (Petra) – The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group
(JFDZG) continued its curated entertainment program for the Eid
Al-Adha holiday weekend, drawing an expansive crowd of 50,342
visitors across the Dead Sea Corniche, the Dead Sea Public Beach, and
the Ajloun Cable Car over the first three days of the holiday.
According to a JFDZG performance disclosure released Saturday, the
Dead Sea Corniche and Public Beach drew nearly 40,000 visitors.
Concurrently, the Ajloun Cable Car registered 10,342 passengers.
The high turnout underscores the growing success of JFDZG’s strategic
hospitality projects, which have established themselves as premier
leisure destinations for domestic families and regional tourists
during major national and religious holidays.
The Dead Sea Corniche featured a daily lineup of community-focused
activities, including interactive photography booths, street food
kiosks, children’s workshops, and face-painting stations, anchored by
a fully integrated theatrical and live arts schedule.
Opening-day musical performances featured the Naya Musical Band
alongside artists Hamdi Al-Manaseer and Saad Abu Tayeh. The
second-day lineup showcased artists Najem Al-Salman, Yahya Sweis, and
Issa Al-Saqqar, supplemented by live DJ sets and interactive audience
segments on the Dead Sea tourist promenade.
Up in the northern highlands, visitors to the Ajloun Cable Car paired
panoramic forest views with dedicated art and leisure activations
arranged throughout the three-day holiday window, supported by
optimized crowd management and hospitality services implemented by
JFDZG personnel.
The Group reaffirmed that its Eid Al-Adha festival framework will
extend over the coming days, aligned with its broader corporate
vision to stimulate domestic tourism, optimize service-delivery
benchmarks, and provide integrated leisure experiences for families
across all Jordanian governorates.
