Khartoum, (SUNA) – Defense Minister Lieutenant General Hassan Daod Kabroon and his accompanying delegation returned to the country on Saturday from Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, following an official visit that included participation in the ADEX 2026 Defense and Security Exhibition and high-level military talks. The delegation included Major General (Ret.) Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Abdel-Rahim Al-Tom, Director of Strategic Planning and Adviser to the Defense Minister, as well as Sudan’s military attaché in Baku. During the visit, the delegation held a series of bilateral meetings with a number of defense ministers and military commanders, focusing on ways to develop joint military cooperation and exchange strategic expertise in training and capacity-building.BH/BH
