Amman, July 18 (Petra) – A team of the Jordanian Field Hospital
“Nablus 11” on Saturday visited the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army
martyrs’ cemetery in the northern West Bank city.

The cemetery is where the remains of a group of Arab Army soldiers,
who fell in the line of duty in the 1967 war, are laid to rest.

The visit embodies the armed forces’ commitment to honoring its
martyrs and preserving their military and national legacy.

The hospital staff recited verses from the Quran for the souls of the
martyrs, and laid a wreath on the graves in tribute to their
sacrifices and heroism in defense of Palestine.

The hospital’s commander said the visit embodies loyalty to the
sacrifices of Arab Army martyrs, who paid their lives defending the
land of Palestine, and commemorates their honorable legacy, which
forever will be a source of pride and glory.

The Jordan Armed Forces, he said, are committed to upholding the
values ​​of loyalty to martyrs, preserving their military history,
and recalling their heroism that is ingrained in the national
heritage, he said.

The Arab Army fought numerous battles on Palestinian soil, and the
cemeteries of its martyrs there still stand as a testament to their
eternal sacrifices.
