Al-Balqa Applied University Achieves Top Ranking in Arab Academic Training Programs

Salt, July 8 (Petra)– Al-Balqa Applied University has secured second
place among Jordanian universities and fourth place among Arab
universities for its academic training programs for university
students, according to the rankings of the Arab Council for Student
Training and Innovation.

The university was honored at a ceremony held by the council, where
Dr. Aziz Rahamnneh, Dean of the Salt Faculty of Educational and Human
Sciences and a member of the council’s executive committee, received
the award on behalf of the university.

The recognition reflects the university’s efforts in supporting
academic training programs for Arab university students and expanding
its participation in academic cooperation initiatives across the
region.

University President Ahmad Fakhri Ajlouni said the achievement
highlights the university’s continued progress at the national and
Arab levels and reflects its focus on developing students through
specialized training opportunities, student exchange programs, and
partnerships with Arab universities.

He said the university is committed to supporting initiatives that
enhance the quality of education and help graduates acquire the
skills and capabilities needed in today’s competitive environment.

Dr. Rahamnneh said the achievement demonstrates the university’s
commitment to expanding students’ academic experiences and providing
opportunities to benefit from training and exchange programs with
Arab universities. He added that these initiatives contribute to
strengthening students’ academic and practical skills and support
efforts to improve the educational environment.
