Amman, Sept 5 (Petra) — Reflect, Arab Bank’s digital banking
platform, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Yarmouk
University to boost financial inclusion among students, build an
academic environment supportive of financial innovation, and deliver
modern digital banking solutions aligned with Jordan’s digital
transformation agenda.

The agreement was signed by Yarmouk University President Malek
Alsharairi and Jordan Country Head at the Arab Bank, Walid Al
Samhouri.

Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate on organizing
introductory campaigns and specialized financial literacy workshops,
facilitating student access to Reflect’s digital services, and
offering incentive programs geared toward the student body.

The partnership aims to raise financial awareness, foster a culture
of personal savings and financial management, and empower students to
use digital financial services safely and effectively.

Alsharairi said the initiative offers students a valuable opportunity
to build digital financial management skills alongside their academic
studies, emphasizing the university’s commitment to partnering with
national institutions that offer direct value to students and prepare
them for the digital economy.

For his part, Al Samhouri said the collaboration reflects Arab Bank’s
commitment to expanding digital financial services to university
youth. He added that the memorandum allows for implementing tailored
programs via Reflect that promote financial literacy, encourage
saving habits, and enable students to manage their personal finances
securely and seamlessly.

lifestyle-driven solutions designed to make daily banking simpler and
