Amman, March 29 (Petra) — The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a total trading volume of JD15.6 million on Sunday, as 3.8 million shares were exchanged through 2,957 transactions.
The general share price index fell to 3,630 points, marking a 0.79 percent decline, compared with the previous session.
With mixed sectoral performance, the financial index dropped 1.53 percent and the industrial index rose 0.51 percent, while the services sector remained unchanged.
Out of 96 traded companies, 23 saw their share prices rise, while 40 others went down.
