Amman, March 25 (Petra) — Total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange reached JD15 million on Wednesday, as 3.7 million shares were traded through 2,989 transactions.
The general share price index fell to 3,657 points, down 0.4 percent, compard with the previous session.
With a blanket drop at the sectoral indices, the services sector dropped by 1.07 percent, while the industrial and financial sectors went down 0.28 percent and 0.13 percent, respectively.
Of the 92 companies traded, 22 recorded gains in their share prices, while 33 posted losses.
